CONSULTANCY

No one-size-fits-all solutions

CONSULTANCY IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Internationalisation and intercultural competence are high on the agenda of many universities. Yet meaningful institutional change rarely comes from applying the same approaches everywhere.

Some institutions begin by strengthening intercultural competence. Others focus on internationalisation. Others are ready to explore critical interculturality. All are valid starting points.

My role is not to bring predefined solutions, but to understand where your institution, faculty, school, department or team is today, and work alongside you to co-design the next step and the most suitable responses.
Drawing on almost twenty years of experience across Higher Education in Europe, Latin America, North America and Asia, I design and develop context-specific, situated programmes and consultancy processes that combine theory and practice to advance critical, meaningful and inclusive internationalisation.

Depending on your priorities, consultancy may contribute to different stages of your institution’s internationalisation journey.

Every university is at a different stage in its intercultural journey

Depending on the project, this may involve designing, developing and facilitating educational programmes, accompanying processes, or contributing to broader organisational and strategic initiatives.
