LEARNING

“Intellectual fellowship and radical openness are the heart and soul of learning”

bell hooks

Learning is not only about acquiring knowledge.

It is about questioning assumptions, developing new perspectives and creating opportunities to think, communicate and act differently.

Whether working with academic staff, professional staff, participants or international project teams of universities and social impact organisations, I design and facilitate learning experiences that connect intercultural competence, critical interculturality and international perspectives through practical, engaging and context-specific approaches.

Every programme is designed and developed around the people, context and objectives involved. There are no off-the-shelf workshops or standardised courses because meaningful learning rarely follows the same path twice.

Learning as part of broader processes

Many programs emerge from broader collaborations with universities and organisations. In these cases, training and capacity building become part of wider processes such as curriculum development, internationalisation strategies, programme design, team development, or organisational learning.

If you are looking to strengthen intercultural competence, critical interculturality, or collaborative practices in your institution or organisation, I can design a programme tailored to your context and goals.
